Mr. Brewer, founder of BCI, oversees the execution of all investment and operating activities. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and market investing, his expertise includes acquisition, development, asset management, and capital allocation across multiple market cycles.
Mrs. Brewer oversees BCIs operational and organizational infrastructure, bringing extensive executive experience in financial accounting, ERP implementation, asset management, real estate development, and internal audit.
