Founded in 2002, Brewer Capital, Inc. ("BCI") is a Texas-based private investment company focused on the ownership, management, and stewardship of real estate and equity assets. BCI takes a disciplined, hands-on approach to identifying, acquiring, developing, and managing assets with durable long-term value. Since its founding, Brewer Capital has operated with a commitment to integrity, precision, and independence.

The principals of BCI bring experience spanning more than three decades across multiple real estate cycles, including multifamily, office, townhome, condominium, and affordable housing investments. Historical activities have included direct equity ownership, asset management, development oversight, redevelopment, and the management of debt portfolios encompassing more than 3,000 residential units and 3,000,000 square feet across Texas and other regional markets, with an aggregate value exceeding $250 million. In addition, affiliated principals have participated in passive low-income housing tax credit investments across multiple markets.

Mr. Brewer, founder of BCI, oversees the execution of all investment and operating activities. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and market investing, his expertise includes acquisition, development, asset management, and capital allocation across multiple market cycles.
Mrs. Brewer oversees BCIs operational and organizational infrastructure, bringing extensive executive experience in financial accounting, ERP implementation, asset management, real estate development, and internal audit.
